deliver its services to customers. Purchases can be made at the
districts headquarters through the company's numerous outlets. Sales
Officers can be contacted by phone and they will be available for
making house calls.

The following are needed for application:

| • Two passport size photographs,
signed at the back. |
| • Connection fee and security
deposit as a bank draft, pay order of deposit slip. |
| • One photo identification
(driver's license, passport, gun license etc) or |
| • Identity certificate signed by
the present public representative or the local gazetted officer. |
